Glacier Bay appoints VP of business development

Glacier Bay Inc, a US manufacturer of advanced power and thermal management technologies, has appointed Lance Brown as vice president of business development, effective immediately.
In his new role, Brown will be responsible for the development of new products based on the Glacier Bay OSSA Powerlite platform. These include diesel electric propulsion systems, power management systems, and high efficiency components such as motors, drives, HVAC, generators, and insulation materials.
Brown recently served as general manager of Santa Cruz Yachts, where he was responsible production management and quality control, as well as customer and dealer relationships. Prior to this, he worked as a systems designer and production manager with the renowned boat designer Bill Lee.
Founded in 1990, Glacier Bay is an internationally recognised R&D and manufacturing leader of DC power management technologies, advanced climate control and sound reduction products.
